Consent to treatment does not automatically constitute consent to public use of a client's image or likeness.
When Nuance Esthetics obtains photographs or videos for treatment documentation, those materials may be maintained as part of the client's records consistent with applicable policies and law.
Any separate authorization for promotional use will govern the scope of permitted use.
